These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the FieldPro platform — the website, the FieldPro mobile applications and all related services (together, the “Platform”). By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these terms.
FieldPro is a marketplace connecting customers who need home and field services with independent professionals who provide them. FieldPro is not a party to the service contract formed between a customer and a professional; we provide the tools for discovery, communication, booking, payment and dispute support.
Professionals on the Platform are independent contractors, not employees or agents of FieldPro.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. One account works across the website and mobile apps.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
Professionals must additionally complete identity verification and, where applicable, hold the licences and insurance required for their trade.
Posting a job is free and non-binding. Quotes submitted by professionals are offers; a contract for the work is formed between customer and professional when a quote is accepted.
Customers agree to provide accurate job descriptions. Professionals agree to honour their quotes absent material undisclosed circumstances.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Customers authorise payment when a job is booked; funds are captured on completion and transferred to the professional, less the platform fee.
The platform fee is charged to professionals on labor only: a flat €5 where labor does not exceed €100, otherwise 7% of labor. Materials are passed through at cost.
All payments for jobs arranged through the Platform must be made through the Platform. Off-platform payment removes all protections and may result in account suspension.
Jobs still receiving quotes may be cancelled at any time without charge. Booked jobs should be cancelled with reasonable notice.
If work is not performed to a reasonable standard, customers may open a dispute before releasing payment. FieldPro will review disputes and may withhold, release or refund funds at its reasonable discretion.

Reviews may only be left for completed, paid jobs and must reflect a genuine experience. You grant FieldPro a non-exclusive licence to display content you post on the Platform.
We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.
The Platform is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FieldPro's aggregate liability arising from the Platform is limited to the greater of €100 or the fees paid by you to FieldPro in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable. Sections that by their nature survive termination do so.
These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milano, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in advance through the Platform.
